An individual using 5 Dynamics product has a Client account.
A Client
- sees own Starting Point Assessment results
- sees Planners and Wizards assigned by his Coach, or supervisor
- belongs to a Group, which is overseen by a Coach
- can communicate with his Coach from his home page.

| Coach Access |
Coaches see their own Starting Point Assessment results, as well
as results for all Clients in their Group.
Coaches
- can assign Wizards and Planners to Clients
- have a customizable home page which indicates when Clients have completed certain assignments
- may view reports describing the dynamics of 2 Clients working together
- may view reports describing the dynamics of the Coach working with a Client
- have certain administrative privileges:
- may create new Clients
- create and send email invitations using customizable email templates
- search users
- and more.

| Superuser Access |
Superusers, or administrators, oversee several Coaches and their Groups of Clients.
Superusers
- see all the accounts of Coaches and Clients in their 'MasterGroup'
- add Clients, clone or move Clients between Groups
- see scores
- create new emails and email templates
- batch-upload client groups
- and more.
