Application: 1st Dynamic energy is most useful at the beginning of projects where new ideas and open mindedness are required.

Joe does not need to have total control over situations and people. His energy is more focused on the steps leading up to manifestation.

5th Dynamic Evaluate

This is a generic dynamic that requires the individual to put energy into it.

5th Dynamic
Description: Energy focus is both internal (Satisfaction) and external (Success). In order to Evaluate you first need to define the terms of Success and Satisfaction.
Orientation: Always asking "how", "who", "why", "what"; both thinking and action-oriented.

Application: 5th Dynamic Recognize the overall process that occurred by reviewing where energy intensity was maximized and minimized within each dynamic.

Performance: Decide whether actions should be repeated with specific improvements or move on to a new awareness. Observe the delta between the ideal and the reality of the results. Was there success but little satisfaction? Was there satisfaction but little success? Was there both success and satisfaction?
